Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Associates is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
