Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Wichita, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
