Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Telecom and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
