Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Austin, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
