Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
