Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Basin Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
