Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Madison, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
