Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
