Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Housing Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
