Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
