Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Cedar Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 546 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
