Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Telecom and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
