Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
