Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
