Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 519 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
