Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
