Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
