Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Orlando, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
