Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Ember Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
