Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
