Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Lumen Pike Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
