Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
