Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in Pittsburgh with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 316 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
