Fernwood Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
