Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
