Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Bright Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Orlando with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
