Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
