Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
