Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Iron Markets Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
