Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
