Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
