Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Union Legal Group provides legal services in Oklahoma City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
