Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Basin Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
