Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
