Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Wilder Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
