Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
