Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
