Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
