Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Lakeside Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
