Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
