Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
