Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
