Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 375 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
