Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
