Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Quill Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
