Cedar Vista Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
