Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Miami, FL)

Silverline Corner Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
