Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
