Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Lakeside Health runs clinics and patient services around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
