Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Memphis, TN)

Nova Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
